Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify. The provider is Shopify Commerce Germany GmbH, Riedstraße 14, 80336 Munich, Germany (Parent company: Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, ON K2P 2L8, Canada).
Shopify provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is processed on Shopify’s servers. In the course of this, data may also be transmitted to Shopify Inc. in Canada and the USA.
The data transfer to third countries outside the EU is secured by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which ensure a level of data protection equivalent to the GDPR.

Processing of Customer and Contract Data

Data Transmission to Third Parties

Shipping and Logistics
  • DHL: We forward your delivery data (name, address, and, if necessary, your email address for delivery notifications) to DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany) to process the shipment of your goods.

Payment Service Providers
  • Shopify Payments: We process payments via the service provider "Shopify Payments". The provider in the EU is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., The One Building, 1 Lower Grand Canal Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. When paying via Shopify Payments, your payment details are forwarded to Stripe to process the payment. Stripe may also transfer this data to its parent company Stripe Inc. in the United States. This transfer is secured by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Each payment and shipping provider processes your data in accordance with their own data protection regulations. For details on how they handle your data, please refer to the respective privacy policies of those providers.
