Welcome to Londux Visions! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Londux Visions. Londux Visions operates this website, including all related information, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Londux Visions is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Londux Visions and customers who are consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) residing in the EU.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

To make a purchase through our store, you must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts (under German law, you must generally be at least 18 years old or act with parental consent).

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide correct, current, and complete information (such as your name, email address, and billing info). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer by us, but rather an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Statutory warranty rights (Mängelhaftung) apply to all products according to German and EU consumer protection laws. Any disclaimers that limit your legal rights as a consumer regarding defective goods are void.

When you click the checkout button to complete your purchase, you are submitting a legally binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.

A binding contract is concluded only when we explicitly accept your order. This happens either when we send you a separate shipping confirmation email or when the goods are dispatched. The automated order confirmation email sent immediately after checkout merely acknowledges receipt of your order and does not yet constitute contract acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if the product is unavailable or in case of obvious pricing errors. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount immediately using the original payment method.

All prices listed in our online store are final prices and include the statutory German value-added tax (MwSt. / VAT), unless stated otherwise for international deliveries outside the EU. Shipping and handling costs are calculated and displayed separately before you complete your order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Available payment methods (such as Shopify Payments or credit cards) are displayed during the checkout process. Payments are processed through secure, third-party encrypted gateways.

Delivery times stated on the website are estimates unless explicitly agreed upon as a binding delivery date.

Important Note on Risk of Loss: In accordance with statutory EU consumer protection laws (§ 475 Abs. 2 BGB), the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when the goods are delivered to you or a designated third party (such as a neighbor). The risk does not pass to you when we hand the goods over to the shipping carrier (DHL).

As a consumer residing in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods, allowing you to cancel your purchase without giving reasons.

Detailed instructions on your right of withdrawal, including the conditions, time limits, and the explicit exclusion of digital products (such as PDFs, once downloading has started with your prior express consent) are specified in our separate Refund Policy / Right of Withdrawal [LINK].

Our website and its entire contents (including text, graphics, logos, and images) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and remain the property of Londux Visions or its licensors. You are permitted to use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, in cases of fraud, or for injury to life, body, or health according to the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht – an obligation whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely). In this case, our liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
