Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
   We currently ship to addresses within Germany and the European Union.
   1. Shipping Costs
   Shipping within Germany: (depends on Product)
2. Shipping to the EU: (Depends on Product)
   Note: Since we operate under the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no VAT (sales tax) is added to the shipping costs.
   1. Delivery Times & Processing
   Order Processing: All orders are processed within [z. B. 1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
   Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
   Germany: depends on shipping option 
   Rest of EU: 8-12 business days
   If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
   1. Shipping Providers & Tracking
   We ship our packages using reliable carriers such as DHL /UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
   1. Damages & Lost Packages
   If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at londux.vision@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
